JILL'S STORY.
Fresh fades. Polished bobs. Blowouts, beard trims, straight razor neck shaves. Whatever the internet is calling that haircut this week, Jill can do it.
Twenty years and counting behind the chair, most of that in Austin at Bird's Barbershop. Nostalgic, all inclusive, everybody welcome. That is the feeling she wanted to bring back home.
Home is Wimberley. First in 2002, then for good in 2015, when her oldest started kindergarten. Both kids go to school in town. She started here part time in October, built a clientele, and now works full time at Wimberley Barber Co.
Kids are a specialty. More than one parent has called her the kid whisperer. Ask about her day and you will hear about everyone else's. That is the part she likes best.
